Shipping & returns


Most in-stock items are shipped from our St. Louis facility within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Orders made over the weekend are received on Monday morning and placed in the shipping queue.

You do need to create an account to order online.

We ship via UPS.

Pickup in Store:

Orders made for in-stock items over the weekend will be available on Monday.


We accept returns of new, unopened merchandise for a period of 30 days after purchase. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase you have made from us, we offer your choice of:

1) Refund (minus shipping)

2) Credit

3) Exchange

4) Replacement

Please contact us before returning merchandise for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days from your purchase date, and be sure to include your original receipt with your return. Returns sent without an RA# will be returned, unopened, to you.
